“Newman” Coaching Program

Six months of in-depth, one-on-one coaching to help you become a better husband.

Take responsibility, rebuild trust, and have a happier marriage

I’m glad you finally woke up and realized you’ve been a crappy husband.

But let’s be honest… awareness isn’t going to be enough.

You’re going to have to DO something to fix yourself & your marriage

Using a proven coaching program is the fastest way to make a positive change in your life and your marriage.

  • It keeps you from wasting time on avoidable mistakes,
  • It gives you real accountability, and,
  • It demonstrates to your wife that you’re no longer trying to hide or minimize your bad behavior.

You also have the option of doing nothing and letting your marriage burn to the ground.

This choice comes with significant emotional, relational, and financial damage—to you, to your wife, and to your kids. (Divorce costs average between $15K – $30K + alimony + child support).

Doing nothing means you’re signing up for countless hours of stress, conflict, and frustration.

“Can’t I get better on my own?”

If you’re the DIY guy, you’re saying you’re okay with stumbling around in the dark, making lots of avoidable mistakes, and taking a long time to figure things out.

You need to be honest and ask yourself a hard question… “Does your marriage have this type of time left?”

You also need to ask yourself, “Why am I choosing this path?”

(Chances are, you’re either trying to save a few dollars or avoid looking bad in front of others.)

Here’s how the Newman Coaching program works

1. First, we have a 20-minute consultation call to see if the Newman program is right for you. If it looks like it’s a good fit…

2. We’ll meet for 90-minutes every other week for 6 months via video call. In these coaching sessions, I’ll guide you through a clear, step-by-step process that’s designed to help you become the healthiest version of yourself and start repairing the damage to your wife and marriage.

3. In between those sessions you’ll have limited access to me via email. That’s so I can help you navigate the day-to-day interactions with your wife and provide real-time solutions to the everyday problems you’re going to encounter.

Who’s the Newman program designed for?

This coaching program is going to be a good fit for you if you’re…
  1. Willing to be honest out loud with yourself and others
  2. Willing and able to follow instructions, even when it feels uncomfortable
  3. Allow people to respectfully challenge you and your decisions
  4. Willing to ask lots of questions and fully engage in the process
  5. Have the resources and commitment to do hard work for a minimum of 6 months.

This coaching program is NOT for you if…

  1. You’re only doing this work hoping your wife will start to change (covert contracts are toxic to a marriage).
  2. You’re actively struggling with an addiction and in the recovery process.
  3. There’s been physical violence (either giving or receiving) between you and your wife/children.
  4. This coaching program will create financial instability for you or your wife/family.

How much is the Newman program?

The 6 month program is $1,300 per month (total cost: $7,800)

You can SAVE $300 if you use the split payment option—Two payments of $3,750 (total cost: $7,500)

Or, you can SAVE $600 if you pay for the full program up front. (total cost: $7,200)

    Space is Limited

To ensure high quality and responsiveness, I only work with 10 guys per month. (Act now to secure one of the limited spots.)

It’s important to keep your expectations realistic.

This is NOT a quick-fix solution. Real transformation doesn’t happen overnight.

Your marriage has been struggling for years. And you’ve been contributing to that dysfunction for years.

It’s completely normal, and realistic, that it’s going to take time before your wife sees your new behaviors and starts to trust you again.

If you rush, either actively or passively, and try to push your wife into trusting you too soon, you’ll sabotage all the hard work you’re putting into changing.

Just like going to the gym, you’re going to have to be willing to do hard work for a long time without seeing a lot of immediate change.

(P.S. Most men say they’re willing to do the hard work, but when push comes to shove, they don’t have the patience or maturity to deliver on their promise. That’s why I’m selective in who I choose to work with.)

    A few other important details…

I reserve the right to terminate the coaching process at any time for any reason.

Notification of cancellation will be given in writing.

If I cancel the coaching process, any unused prepaid fees will be refunded in full-month increments. (Example: If I terminate the coaching process at the end of the second month, and you’ve paid for the first three months, one month of coaching fees, at the payment plan price, will be refunded within 10 business days).

Primary reasons for termination commonly include:

    • Failure to pay coaching fees within three days of being invoiced.
    • Mental health issues are discovered that need to be referred to a licensed mental health professional.
    • Any threatening or abusive language, actions, or intent are made towards me as a coach, your spouse, your children, or any other living being.
    • Any conflicts of interest that may be discovered at any time during the coaching process.

If YOU terminate the coaching process, NO REFUND IS OFFERED OR AVAILABLE.

Before you decide, let me say this…

An open mind is required. You need to be prepared to change habits, routines, and processes that you’ve been addicted to for years.

Change can be scary. It’s hard for everyone. But if you want things to be better, you have to change something.
